Hello! My name is Justine and I’m a Fitness Instructor (and Academic Librarian) in Niagara, Ontario. My certifications include CanFitPro FIS, Les Mills BodyStep & BodyFlow, Balletone, SoulBody Barre & Yoga Sculpt, and Barre Above. I also have my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (2020).
I danced (mainly ballet) throughout my childhood until high school, and then fell in love with group fitness.
I am also a mom of three, avid reader and fan of all things makeup and beauty-related.
